1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of the PTTI Group Sdn Bhd learning platform — the website, the mobile application and every class, recording and learning material delivered through them. "You" means the account holder; where a parent or guardian buys on behalf of a child, the parent or guardian is the account holder.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has used it.
- One account belongs to one person.
- A parent or guardian may hold linked accounts for the children in their care.
- We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being shared or misused.
3. Purchases, fees and renewals
Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase and are payable in Malaysian Ringgit. A monthly plan bills for each month of tuition; a prepaid plan bills the selected months in one payment. The month a payment covers is stated on your invoice and receipt.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may stop a future month before its stated deadline. Amounts already paid for a month that has begun are not automatically refundable. Where the law gives you a stronger right, that right applies and nothing here reduces it.
5. Classes, recordings and materials
Live classes run to the published timetable. Timings may change, and a class may occasionally be rescheduled or replaced by a recording. Materials and recordings are licensed to you for your own study only — they may not be copied, resold, shared or re-published.
6. Acceptable use
Behave in class as you would in a classroom. Do not record, capture or redistribute a live session, disrupt other learners, or attempt to access parts of the platform you have not paid for.
7. Availability
We work to keep the platform available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will give notice before it takes effect, and continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the updated terms.
