Privacy Policy
What PTTI Group Sdn Bhd collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Draft — pending legal review
1. What we collect
- Account details — name, email address, phone number, and the form level and subjects a learner is enrolled in.
- Family links — the connection between a parent or guardian account and a child's account.
- Payment records — what was bought, when, and for which month. Card and banking details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
- Learning activity — class attendance, recordings watched and materials opened.
- Technical data — device, browser and log information needed to run and secure the service.
2. Why we use it
To give you access to what you have paid for, to run live classes and issue invoices and receipts, to support you when something goes wrong, to keep accounts secure, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
3. Children's information
A learner under 18 is enrolled by a parent or guardian, who holds the account and can see that child's timetable, attendance and billing. We collect no more about a child than running their classes requires.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate — payment processing, live-video delivery, email and messaging, hosting and error monitoring — and only what each of them needs. We do not sell personal information.
5. How long we keep it
Account and learning records are kept while the account is active. Financial records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your choices
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Marketing messages can be switched off without affecting service messages about your classes or payments.
7. Security
Access is restricted to staff who need it, connections are encrypted in transit, and payment credentials never reach our systems. No system is perfect, so tell us immediately if you suspect a problem.
8. Contacting us
